De Zeearend - De Merel - 't Puttertje

 

1. Purpose and Use

Our holiday homes are intended solely as temporary vacation accommodation for the number of guests stated in the reservation. (De Zeearend and De Merel: max. 5 persons, ’t Puttertje: max. 4 persons).
Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed.

 

2. Arrival and Departure

  • Arrival: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival

  • Departure: by 10:00 or 11:00 AM on the day of departure (as specified in your booking)

 

3. Reservation and Payment

  • Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (50% of the rental amount)

  • The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival to:
    NL40 RABO 0330 5538 01 in the name of M.L. de Boer, Blija, stating the house number and rental period

  • The rental amount includes:

    • Final cleaning (€55, mandatory)

    • Tourist tax (depending on the number of guests)

    • Gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi

    • Use of kitchen and bathroom linen

    • If booked: hot tub including firewood

 

4. Stay and Departure

  • The house key is located in a key safe. You will receive the code prior to your stay.

  • Upon departure, please leave the house vacuum-clean, empty the dishwasher, and place used bedding in the designated spot.

  • Trash must be disposed of in sealed bags in the municipal containers. Organic waste may go in the GFT (organic) container.

 

5. Pets

  • Allowed only with prior written permission

  • Not allowed on furniture

  • You must bring your own pet bed or crate

  • Pets must be treated for fleas and ticks before arrival and be up-to-date on vaccinations

  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if these rules are not followed

  • The owner is not liable for illness or injury to people or pets during the stay

 

6. Smoking and Electric Vehicles

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the homes

  • There are no charging points for electric vehicles

  • Charging via standard power outlets is not allowed; any usage will be charged

 

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: full refund

  • Cancellations within 30 days or early departure: no refund

 

8. Damage and Liability

  • Guests must report any damage to or loss of property immediately

  • Costs resulting from damage or loss will be charged to the guest

  • Vakantiehuisjes Lauwersoog is not liable for personal injury or loss/theft of personal belongings during your stay

 

9. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to this agreement. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

 

10. Acceptance

By paying the deposit, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
